I just bought a pair of speedplay's, not the Ti, but I was on their website looking at specs and I noticed they have a 185 lb max on the Ti pedals...so I just thought it was interesting and I wondered why?? Anyone know the answer, I didn't think Ti had less strength than other materials...anyway, gotta go ridin, later...

I'm only guessing here, but it might be that the Ti model is shaved low in weight by using very thin layers of titanium, so thin that the Ti Zeros might not stand the kind of forces the ordinary ones do.
