I recently got a pait of Speedplay Frogs. I tried mounting the cleats on my MTB shoes. I can't get the cleats tight on the shoe, they move around. I'm using the dogbones from my SPD cleats and the screws that came with the Frogs. Are the dogbones for the Frogs different? Is there a trick to this? The cleats are correctly mounted.

I'm unsure why you are having trouble? Are you using the screws that came with your Speedplay pedals? I found I couldn't use other screws. -
I'm using the screws that came with the pedals.

I contacted Speedplay support. They told me to "stick something under the cleat". When I did this the cleat won't lock on the pedal. For what these pedals cost you would think you'd get better customer service.
