I bought a speedo today, and fitted it to my bike. got 1 thing slightly wrong, so i went to cut the plastic cable tie, and you guesses it... i cut thruogh one of the wires.
Lucikly i only cut one, the back one (cadence monitor) still works, but the front one doesnt want to know me.
I tripped the insulating off the cable i cut, and tried rejoining wires - it doesnt want to know, as far as my dads tester is concerned none of the wires in there actually conduct electricity?
You can call me an @hole if you like, but has anyone else ever ran into this problem, and if so how did they manage to get around it?
