  1. Hi guys

    I found this link and thought it would be a good one for us folk who havent got an SRM or power tap ๐Ÿ˜„ It does a rough calculation of you speed at a given power output, click here to check it out!

    Maybe ric or phill could let us know if the calculations are close to the correct values or not?

    It gives reasonably good ballpark figures. At a given power it underestimates velocity a little. I tried it using the figures for Boardmans (Superman) Hour Record and the velocity came out at 53 km/hr versus the correct 56+ km/hr. Conversely, at Analytic Cycling, the power estimated at 56km/hr was low by just less than 1%.
