Well, now that you have a lot of time to sit in front of the
computer and think about it...

The answer is no, don't upgrade. The 03 SJ HT is a decently
light frame by itself. If you're looking to drop some
weight, look at the stock parts on your bike (stem, bars,
seatpost, fork, wheels, etc) and you'll get a lighter bike
for less money than a costly S-Works frame.

Sure, the S-Works frame is lighter with the M5 tubing, but
there are lighter frames out there if that's what you're
after. Mark may be too shy to plug his own operation... but
check out www.habcycles.com I've heard a lot of good things
about them.
