I'll say I'm not impressed with the brightness. It may save me from
hitting a pothole or something but maybe not.
It will keep the police from pulling me over at night though. I guess
that is worth $25.

Update:
I just took it off road. I was able to see where the trail was, but
only clearly enough as a means to get home in an emergency. On the road back home, I was suddenly being chased on the rear right by
some sort of pitbull looking dog. No big deal, just quickly skid and
hop over so the bike is separating me and the dog. Right into this
manuever, I was ambushed on the front right by a black lab. As I was
tumbling across the pavment, I was fairly worried that I may be bitten.
Still I quickly rolled onto my feet, yelling "you f--king c--t", at
which point the [censored] turned tail.At this point I had to search around the street in the dark for...
....
....wait for it...
....
....my headlight. Jarred the batteries out of place and tore it right
off of the mount.Final verdict:
Good as an emergency light, with a claimed 100 hours of battery time.
