  1. A while ago I bought a secondhand road bike built around a Specialized Festina Team frame.

The frame is made out of 'A1X Enhanced Aluminium' according to the label. It rides beautifully but I'm trying to get an idea of how old it is and it's quality.

I think the Festina Team was around in the late 90's but other than that I don't know any more about the frame.

    Anybody got any other info.???

What's to know? Just ride it like you stole it.

  3. I want to insure it in case someone else 'stole it' !

I've got a good idea what the Record groupset is worth and the rest of the kit but not sure what the frame is worth or it's qulaity.

🙄 🙄 🙄 It's an old used aluminum frame of no special repute. Figure $200.
