  1. Has anyone test rode or owns a Specialised Roubaix Elite? I just test rode one after testing an OCR Composite 1 and was blown away. The carbon frame had much more of a dampening ride than the OCR and was much more comfortable and relaxed. A search in the web revealed that the carbon frame is of an excellent standard. Refer http://www.roadcyclinguk.com/news/article/mps/UAN/514/v/2/sp/ I was wondering if others had a similar experience. 🙂

have not ridden the spec roubaix but was out ona ride and spkg to guy wiuth one he loved it; i have the G OCR Comp; had a stack whammo frame kaput broken thru in 2 places. Similar accident didnt wreck my shogun ninja. Awaiting Giant repsonse. personally prefer teh geom of the Shogun; am now looking at Shogun Team has full Ultegra with front and back carbon but Ally frame for <$2g. Lovely to ride; would give that a run. Cheers 🙂

  3. go ride both and see what you like best. If you cant tell any difference buy whichever one you can get a better deal on, (price or acessories you need). In that order though.
