    If your Spanish is good enough you might try various Spanish
    Newspapers. ABC (abc.esCocina) has
    recipes. There is also a section (cgi.abc.escgi
    local/recetas/viewads.asp) that allows you to specify types
    of recipes. I would guess that most other Spanish Newspapers
    would have similar sections.
