    Spamburger Hamburgers

    1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat (12 oz)
    6 Hamburger buns, split
    3 Tbsp Mayonnaise or salad dressing
    6 Lettuce leaves
    2 Tomatoes, sliced
    6 sl American cheese (1 oz)

    Slice SPAM into 6 slices (3x1/4"😉. In skillet, saute SPAM over medium
    heat until lightly browned. Spread cut sides of buns with mayonnaise.
    Layer lettuce, tomato, SPAM, and cheese on bun bottom. Cover with bun
    top.

    Spamwich Deluxe

    1 cn Spam
    1 cn Pork and beans
    1 pk Potato chips (your choice)
    6 Tbsp Miracle whip
    1 Tbsp Mustard
    3 Tbsp Ketchup dash tobasco sauce (optiona

    Slice Spam in 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices and refrigerate (if you have
    time) Mix miracle whip, mustard, ketchup and tobasco sauce thoroughly
    in a bowl. Spread sauce on bread, add slice of Spam, a spoon or so of
    pork and beans, and some potato chips, then spread sauce on another
    piece of bread. After making all the sandwiches you want, use
    remaining sauce as chip dip. Eat with remaining beans and chips.

    Speedy Jalapeno Spam Spread

    12 oz Can SPAM Luncheon Meat chopped
    1 Onion; chopped
    2 Jalapeno peppers; minced
    4 Tbsp Mayonnaise or salad dressing
    Chips and/or crackers

    Remove seeds from jalapeno peppers, if you are heat sensitive. Mix and
    Chill for an hour.
    Serve with chips or crackers.

    Speedy Spam Dip

    1 cn Spam Luncheon Meat (12 oz)
    1 Onion
    2 Jalapeno peppers
    4 Tbsp Mayonnaise or salad dressing
    Chips and/or crackers

    In bowl or food processor fitted with metal blade, blend together
    Spam, onion, and jalapeno pepper until smooth. Stir in mayonnaise.
    Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve with chips of crackers.

    Spammus

    2 Cans garbanzo beans
    3/4 cup Tahini (sesame butter)
    3 Cloves garlic
    1/2 cup Lemon juice
    1 Can of Spam
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Use on and off method
    until a fine paste is formed. Serve dip with your favorite chips or
    fresh veggies.

    Speedy Spam Quiche

    1 cn Spam luncheon meat, cubed (12 oz.)
    1/4 cup Chopped green peppers
    1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 cup Biscuit mix
    1/8 tsp Pepper
    1/4 cup Chopped onion
    1 Tbsp Cooking oil
    2 cup Milk
    4 Eggs

    Saute Spam, onion, green pepper in oil until vegetables are tender.
    Spoon into lightly greased 10" deep dish pie plate; sprinkle with
    cheese. Mix remaining ingredients with hand mixer until smooth. Pour
    evenly into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes. Let stand
    5 minutes before cutting.

    Spiced Luncheon Meat

    1 cn Luncheon meat; sliced
    1 md Can crushed pineapple drain; reserve juice
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Cloves
    1/2 tsp Nutmeg
    1/3 cup Honey or maple syrup
    1 Tbsp Cornstarch

    Place meat in a baking pan. Bring the juice, spices and honey to a
    boil. Blend cornstarch in a little water and whisk into the honey
    mixture. Add pineapple and spread over meat in pan. Bake at 350
    degrees for about 20 minutes.

    Spicy Spam Kabobs

    1/4 cup Lemon juice
    3 Tbsp Minced onion
    1 Tbsp Olive oil
    1 tsp Dried leaf thyme
    1 Clove garlic, minced

    1/2 tsp Whole oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
    16 Pea pods
    1 cn Pineapple chunks packed in light ju
    1 cn Spam lite, cut into 24 cubes (12 oz
    1 Red bell pepper, cut into pieces
    4 cup Hot cooked rice

    Combine first 7 ingredients in a 9" x 12" dish. Wrap pea pods around
    pineapple chunks. Alternately thread Spam cubes, pineapple chunks and
    bell pepper pieces on 8 skewers. Place in dish with marinade. Cover
    and marinate 2 hours, turning occasionally. Grill kabobs over medium
    hot coals 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Or broil 5 inches from
    heat source 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve with hot cooked
    rice. Serves 4.

    Spicy Spam Party Dip

    2 pk Cream cheese - (8 oz ea) softened
    1 cn Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz); grated
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp Chi-Chi's salsa
    1 ds Cayenne pepper
    1 cup Finely-chopped green or red bell pepper
    1/2 cup Chopped celery
    1/4 cup Chopped onion
    2 Tbsp Chopped cilantro
    Crackers; chips, and/or vegetables, for serving

    In medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Spam, Worcestershire
    sauce, salsa, and cayenne pepper. Beat on medium speed until smooth.
    Stir in bell pepper, celery, onion, and cilantro. Cover and chill 1 hour.

    Serve with crackers, chips, and vegetables for dipping.
