Anyone in the area - Southampton City Council are kicking off a bike
doctor session at the Civic Centre.
Every alternate Wednesday starting this week. Free labour - pay for
parts.
Seems fairy nuff.

Not that can be seen from outside the council, I'm afraid. Labour at
the Civic Centre is provided by the bike shop in Sholing (I didn't
know there was one). They're setting up at 12:30 out front.Thoughts: I wonder if they're limiting is to SCC staff? That'd be a
bit mean spirited.
