Hi Will,
Have you tried asking Bicycle SA? I'm pretty sure there are groups around your age that cycle together. Bicylcle SA might be able to put you on to someone or a group or something like that.Even ask at some bike shops, they might be able to help you out. Try Mega Bike in Hyde Park or one of the Bicycle Express stores
