    FSA makes a 44-tooth: tinyurl.comkfyo

    As does TA: peterwhitecycles.comchainrings.asp

    Sheldon lists a couple of 45 tooth rings that will fit- but there's no indication if they're
    middle-compatible. They *might* work, depending on what you're using for shift levers and
    derailleurs and how well you tolerate less-than-perfect shifting.
