Does anybody still make those foam handlebar covers that were so common on road bikes in the 80's? I'm cleaning up my wife's old road bike, and would like to replace the ones it came with.
A search at Performance and Nashbar turned up nothing...

Grab-On makes a variety of foam grips. Your LBD can order a set for you. They are carried by a number of major distributors and retail for $6.00 - $12.00/set.
