(Sorta OT) Three possibilities

Yeah, I went out to breakfast with a friend, and when I
came back there were NO new messages on any of the
newgroups. Dead.

So I "unsubscribed" from AM-B only, closed O.E., then re-
opened and resubscribed. Presto -- 2500 "unread" posts, and
the other groups showed ~40-50 new ones, too. So all seems
back to normal. (Well, you know 🙂

I also had some e-mail server issues with our ride-related
Yahoo group list -- seems to happen every 3-4 months or so.

I've noticed posts disappearing as they DL'd this last 2 or
3 days too - starts to DL say 203, but the number keeps
dropping until it's only DL'd 100 or so...
