  1. Normally these things get the Delete Key, but I saved this one from bit bucket doom.
    ----------------------

A man and his friend are out mountain biking one day. One of the guys is about to launch off a 5
foot drop when he sees a long funeral procession on the road next to the trail. He brakes suddenly
and slides to a stop causing his buddy to almost slam into him. He takes off his helmet, closes his
eyes and bows down in prayer. His friend says "Wow, that is the most thoughtful and touching thing I
have ever seen. You are truly a kind man". The man replies

"Yeah, well, we were married 35 years".

Started as a golf joke about 100 years ago 🙂

LOL - reminds of a similar joke.

There's a guy sitting at a Man Utd game, and unfortunately, he ends up sitting behind a pillar. As
the game starts he notices a spare seat in a good position and goes down to it. He asks the man
sitting next to the spare seat whether he can take the seat. "Yeah", replied the man. "This is a
great seat, how come it's empty?" asks the first gent. "My wife and I both had season tickets, but
she died" "Well, didn't you ask any of your friends if they wanted to come and see the game?" "Yep,
but they all decided to go to her funeral instead."

Sorni seems to like pointing out how he remembers all of these jokes back when they were still
    delivered via Pony Express..............
