  1. I have been experiencing more discomfort in my wrists and hands than I think I should be when road riding. I find I am frequently changing my hand position in order to avoid this.

What would likely cause this? My riding position? The set-up / fit of my bike?

    Thanks for any feedback.

    YES.

Your seat is too far foward. This causes too much of your weight to be supported by your hands.

  3. Might be that the seat is angled down in the front also, that causes you to push with your arms to keep from sliding forward. I run the seat level. The bars might be a little high also, I've found that if you put the bars a little lower, it will take some of the pressure off your arms and hands, but at the expense of putting more strain on the lower back. Everything is a trade-off.

Have you seen ENDURANCE GRIPS on ebay? I have another post asking for feedback on them but no one has responded - they may be worth a try.
Doubleing up on the top bar tape - may help too.
    Paulo 🙂
