  1. anyone have any ideas on this?... I have had a sore thigh for about a year. Not enough to stop me riding but enough to annoy me on most rides, usually ride about 180-200km a week.

Sore straight down the middle of the thigh, feels kind of exhausted as soon as I get on the bike & doesn't really go away.

    Any suggestions?

  2. Strange one. Have you seen a doctor?
One possibility (albeit unlikely) could be what Stuart O'Grady had - i.e. a kinked or partially blocked femoral artery in his leg that restricted blood flow to the leg. This leads to pain at times of increased demand such as when you are riding.

  3. yeh, saw a couple of doctors, had nerve tests, acupuncture, massage... does actually feel like it's undernourished so you may have something with the blood flow idea.

Maybe I'll try to find a sporty doc, instead of a push you out the door in 3 minutes doc.
