hey Gang,
I went for a short 1 hr road ride for the first time a couple weeks ago and afterwards my hamstrings were screaming.
I have been riding mountain bikes for years with clipless pedals and have had this hapen once in a while, usually after riding too hard and long at the begining of the season.
any tips to prevent this and not injure myself.
