I've lost 50 pounds so far. I "topped out" at 258. I lost about half by quitting driving nearly two years ago ergo riding more, the other half by averaging 160 miles per week this season and I did cut back on sugar a bit . It would be nice to get back to my "shape" weight of 160-165 but at my age of nearly 62 I'll be happy with 170-180. I may need to up my miles to 200-300 as I've platued heavily, (gack!). Maybe if I learn how to be a "shi**y" cook....

Congrats!
My story is similar I've lost 38 since May and weigh 204. The plateau sounds familiar as well, because I've been hanging in the 205 area for two weeks now.

Great job but don't give up or set limits. You can do more than you think you can and make it to 160.
