Thanks Nidiffer for bringing this to the attention of these boards.

For those interested ... Nidiffer "Nana" "Cathy Credulous" began her
assaults on me right after this SLAPP suit was filed.

He is one of the many shills that fills these boards with the ranting
of the appropriately named "HealthFrauds" that Barrett & Polevoy lead.

Indeed ... the Court of Appeals agreed that Quack Steve Barrett and
Malicious Prosecutor Chris Grell had absolutely no claims against me
....

And are required by law to pay my attorneys fees.

As to one statment that I re-posted that Quack Polevoy was "stalking"
Christine McVee ... that is sent back to the Superior Court to
litigate.

I'm still in the process of reading it all (55 pages) myself.

One important point these 3 Appeals Court Judges made ... calling
someone a Quack is not the dominion of Steve Barrett ... it is an
opinion ... and protected free speech.

I do believe that Barrett is a quack ... by his very own definition.

Most importantly ... and I will be posting more on this ... is that
his "opinion" on Multiple Chemical Sensitivity is industry junk
science ... funded by the Chemical Cartels via his ACSH.

That was the beginning of my distaste for him ... thousands of women
harmed by breast implants (claimed to be debunked by his ACSH) suffer
from this ... and his "opinion" is that the wonderful doctors and
scientists studying this phenomenon, should have their "licenses
revoked."
