  1. Hey hi, Alright, let me begin by stating I'm not a doctor,
and have a very limited knowledge as to the inner workings
of the digestive system, so please... forgive me. A buddy of
mine turned me onto the idea of fasting a while ago now, and
it made real sense to me given the apparent strategies of
the major food "manufacturers." That being our health
probably isn't in their best interest, but more their
    dollars. ANYWAY, I'm 3 days into a however-long-it-takes-to-get-this-[censored]-out-of-
me day fast. Now, let me elaborate a little. I've had a lot
of probs with my degestion in the last couple years or so,
mostly due to a lack of exercise, eating bad foods,
smoking/drinking (I'm pretty sure I have an ulcer, which may
play a part in this, hear me out), just a general unhealthy
routine to life. So, based of what I've taught myself using
the almighty intarweb, it looks as if I may have a partial
bowel obstruction. I use to take metamucil to stay regular,
and that went well for a while, but I remember for about a
week I over did it a little. I also didnt drink much water
during this week. Turns out, not drinking plenty of water
while taking metamucil can basically turn your bowels into
concrete filled [censored] tubes. So this is where I'm at now.
This is why I post to you all this day. It seems as if I
have a gigantic fiber [censored] inside of me. Will fasting
help remove this? Is the forming of a fiber turd as
described even possible? I dont feel any pain, just so you
know, as I dont think its a full obstuction. Prior to my
fast, I was indeed pooping. Very little, but I was indeed
pooping. 3 days into my fast now, and my stomach still feels
kind of full... Why? Anyone? Help? Thanks.

  2. I recommend a high enema. Brew a quart of tea (I use Lipton) or coffee, let
it get to body temperature.Fill an enema bag and hang it above your body,
shower head works good. Lay on your left side on a towel in the bathtub. I
recommend playing music as it takes awhile. Set the release valve to a
little over a trickle. get the air out of the tube by releasing a bit of
fluid. With a bit of lubricant insert the tip of the enema into your anus.
As your colon fills with fluid massage the lower abdominal area. After a few
minutes lay on your back. Continue to massage in a large semi-circular,
upward motion. After a few minutes lay on your right side. When you can feel
the fullness turn the valve off. Continue to lightly massage across the top
of your intestines helping the fluid to the right side. Lay for as long as
you can take it. Then sit on the toilet to expel the toxins. It takes a
while to get it all out. You can rub your stomach in a circular motion from
right to left to help get all the fluid out..Your first time you might
notice that your excrement smells like you've had a small dead animal in
your butt for about a week. And you will expel allot of gasses. When you
think you've got it all out take a shower. By the time you are done you'll
notice the urge to get the last bit out. It's gross but it will help you.
When you fast your colon stays impacted because there's no new excrement to
push the old excrement out. When you return to solid foods take it slow.
Fruits the first day. Make yourself fruit & yogurt shakes. Day two fruits
and raw vegetables. Day three you can start adding harder to digest
proteins. Drink lots of water while fasting and reintroducing your body to
food. For your ulcer I recommend bananas. Have a banana first thing in the
morning. They are great in strawberry banana yogurt shakes. Have another
banana as a snack and one before going to bed. Make sure your yogurt is
    natural with live cultures!!
