One week on from the spitting and swearing and 18 miles in the dark on
country and town roads and this time everyone except the white van drove
carefully. White vans you expect and they always turn left after overtaking
at 10000 rpm in first gear. Perhaps 5 pm on a Friday isn't the best time to
train but oddly when it's light there is usually no problem. Do people rush
home more when it's dark?
