I guess what you're wondering is how many layers of irony you need to dig through to get at whatever the hell it is these goobers are trying to say.
My impression: these guys are very sincerely trying to make money by selling video entertainment of the humor genre. I think they think they will find an audience who simply thinks it's funny.
I would like to think they've been terribly disappointed.
