  1. Yea, I know, it's gross and dangerous to my health so please spare me the speech. I am quitting. (slowly but surely).

Now then......After cutting back on the "dipping" from 2-3 times a day to 1-2 times per week (not easy) I do feel better. The withdrawl sucks, sweats, hands shaking, etc. I was wondering if this might increase my rate of weight loss.

I am 32 yo and started riding again 2 yrs ago after a 10-year layoff. Never could shake the urge though. Recently I have been able to cut back with chewing gum, etc. My question is will this help me increase my weight loss, as I have been stuck at 215 lbs for 1 1/2 yrs. (I'm 6'1)

Just looking for some insight here. Any inspirational stories from ex-dippers or smokers. thanks.
