    Is anyone out there in the S.W. Virginia area that participated in the
    Smith Mountain Lake sprint triathlon in May or the Big Lick olympic
    tri in September? I am hoping to do both of these next season, and
    just wanted to find out your opinion of the course, conditions, and
    your experienced recommendations about the race.
