  1. Small Ham Loaves

    2 1/2 pounds ground ham
    2 pounds ground pork (not sausage)
    1 pound ground chuck
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 cups crushed graham crackers
    2 cups milk

    Mix well. Shape into 2 dozen individual loaves. Can be frozen.

    Sauce: For all 2 dozen
    2 cups tomato soup
    3/4 cup vinegar
    2 cups brown sugar
    2 teaspoons dry mustard

    Bake loaves 1 1/2 hours at 350 . Drain after 45 minutes of baking. Add
    sauce after draining, and continue baking, NOTE: Do not freeze sauce.
