UK size 3 or 3.5 most online shops seem to only start at size 4.

Last year St. John's in Bridgewater had small sizes (3) basic Shimano SPD
"trainer style" shoes (metric size 36 according to the box)
Otherwise, might be worth trying French suppliers (on the basis that small
women's shoes seem more common in French shops, I conclude that there is a
larger market for them).

shoes
