Some time ago, the doctor told my parents, both in their 80's, to begin
taking calcium tablets.
This past weekend, I visited them and discovered that they had bought the
caplets, but had not started taking them yet. Their excuse was that the
caplets were "too big."
I was skeptical until I saw these things, but...whoa! I take Centrum Silver
vitamins, but these calcium jobs were at least twice as large, about the
diameter of my Mother's little finger and over 25 mm long. Yikes!
I looked around and cannot find a small (not tiny, just "regular" size)
calcium tablet, caplet or capsule for them. So, my latest solution was to
find a small 100mg (they could take 6 of them), but no one seems to describe
the size of their pills.
Has anyone else faced this problem, or know of a company that shows the size
of their products?
Thanks in advance! Jim sonicblue52 at yahoo dot com
