  1. tho the slime liner comes slimed
    sliming the old now unslimed liner with HD silicone (CRC) to reslime
    cawzes liner to spiral at 180 aruond the tube
    assuming the mechanic did not spiral the liner as the second sidewall
    closed
    the spiraled liner left sprialed marks on the specialized tube
    so, to avoid the problem but still siliconing the tube replacing the
    traditional abrasive talc tube powder
    using double stick tape patchs on the tread's undersides for the now
    unslimed liner is an idea for location.
    so to cut to the ....
    are the tapes' thicknesses thick enough to lumpy the tire's roundness?
    in perspective, of course, that enough is enough: tire lumps plus tube
    lumps plus rim lumps may not receive additional tape lumps without
    undue lumpinesses
    whaddya think?
