Sleeping times

Hi
Does anyone know why a diet of mostly raw combined with (daily) 4g vitamin C
100mg Niacin 1000mg MSM 500mg Chlorella would have an adverse effect on
sleeping times?
(Within one week I have noticed a difference - the Diet, Ascorbate and
Niacin I have been doing for a long time)
