Rab do a variety of different sizes on their bags and you
can order 20cm wider or greater circumference than standard
for a little extra. And Rab make very good bags, so this
looks like a good option.

You can also get extra baffles that zip into the side. ME
do, or at least did, these, called "Elephant Baffles".

Budget isn't a problem, and I'm looking for something with
a small packsize.

Have a look at Rab - amazingly compact and very warm bags in
a variety of sizes.
