  1. Im taking up cycling, I got a bike etc... but I want a jersey and cycling pants... do the sizes correspond with clothes sizing or what? I am a large T-Shift... does that mean I should order a large cycling jersey?

And whats a good site to purchase cycling equipment?

Thanks for the help, I look forward to getting to know you all!

Be aware there are 2 types of sizing; US and Euro. A Euro large is more akin to a US medium. Also, jerseys are made to fit snug so it might feel too small initially.

If you want basic, generic good quality gear check out performancebike.com and go with their house brands. Also, if you get more into cycling you're going to want to go with bibs versus shorts. (search this forum, we've debated this numerous times).

    Welcome!
