hey all, I am new to the cyclingforum but have a question. I have a had a few winters(this being one of them) where I keep getting sinus infections. I know I did not let myself recover from the last one and ended up sick again. Has anyone else out there had sinus issues. I am seeing an ent in a few weeks so hopefully he will have some answers. Also, has anyone noticed a difference when not riding in the cold weather. It gets cold here in pa so trying to do 3-5 hours a day on the weekends in the teens is rough. I am thinking that may be adding to the problem?
