Hey there,
I‘ve got myself a Sigma 5.0 Wireless and After 2 weeks i firstly got. Connection issues wich Are gone by now and then the computer only works with delay. I drive, it Shows 0 km/h and After Like 5 sec. I get the Input Shown, when i stop it also takes Like 5 seconds until the zero returns. Does anybody know Why this is Happening and how to fix it?
Thank you for response :)

You're surprised that a budget-friendly computer like Sigma 5.0 Wireless is having connection issues and delays? Come on, you get what you pay for! I'm not saying it's not a good device, but you can't expect top-notch performance at that price point.

Those 5-second delays are likely due to the device's processing power or the wireless signal strength. Have you tried moving the device closer to your bike's sensors or updating the firmware? It's not rocket science, people!

I actually expectet it to work properly but Nvm i guess :). The Problem is Not because of distance, Even the clock counts further when i stopped.

Those persistent delays could be due to interference from other devices. Have you tried changing the channel on your wireless router? Sometimes, the issue isn't always with the device itself. Or perhaps the sensors need recalibration? It's not unheard of, you know. Just a thought. 🤔

Yeah, thank you! Is there a way to recalibrate the Sensors? Because you don‘t have an Interface with the 5.0 don‘t you?

A recalibration of sensors on the Sigma 5.0 Wireless might help, but without a dedicated interface, it's tricky. Still, it's worth a shot. Check your device's manual for specific instructions.

Now, let's talk about interference. If you're in a crowded cycling group with multiple devices, it can cause signal disruptions. Try setting your device to a less congested channel.

And don't forget about routine maintenance. Regularly check and clean your sensors to ensure optimal performance. It's not just about the device; it's also about how you treat it.

My store nearby said that there isn‘t a way to fix the problem but thank you for responding and your proposes and help!

Oh, so your local store threw in the towel, huh? Shocking! 🤔 But hey, who needs experts when you've got the internet, right? 💻

You could always try a factory reset on the Sigma 5.0 Wireless. It's like hitting the reset button on life, but for your device. Sometimes, these things just need a fresh start. 🔄

And don't forget about potential software conflicts. If you've got any third-party apps running in the background, they might be causing trouble. It's like cycling with a tailwind – you don't notice it until it's gone. 💨

But hey, if all else fails, there's always the trusty paperweight approach. At least it'll look good on your shelf. 🏆
