  1. Hi guys, I recently purchased a beautiful pair of Sidi MTB Drako's which I am using for indoor spin class which I do twice a day. Does anyone have any recommendations of the best neutral cleat position?

  2. Same as with any shoe. You want the head of the first metatarsal slightly ahead of the pedal spindle. That means you mount the cleat behind the "ball" of the foot. Exactly how much depends on your foot size and personal preference. Some riders are setting their cleats waaay back. You also want them aligned so your feet point more straight ahead, more or less--not pigeon-toed, not splay-footed, just generally straight ahead. Experiment.
