I have a pair and I love them. I used to wear Diadora shoes (3-4 pairs) and always like them but I tried on a pair of the dominators and they are so much more comfotable and perform very well. The only complaints I have are I got the Dominaotrs with the replacable sole system and the soles don't seem to hold up that well (get the non replacable sole) and I use Time ATAC pedal and I seem to have a harder time clipping in with the dominators. But even with those minor problems I still love the shoes. Just my $.02 for what its worth.

  3. I ride with SIDI Action SRSs. Extremely comfortable shoe. The Dominator is probably a better choice because you can get it without the replaceable (and very quick-wearing) sole system. I wear SIDI Shadows on the road, and the fit is also superb.

Quality is another strong point. My previous pair of MTB shoes, SIDI Technos, lasted through 8 years of abuse.

And if you're a bit of a weight-weenie, the SIDIs are also amongst the lightest shoes you can get.
