I have a 2004 team SID and it is leaking air on the negative side, is this the o rings that need replacing or what?

where is it leaking, my older sid was slightly different than the '04 but if the negitave side is leaking is it leaking out of the valve or into the shock somewhere where it shouldnt ?if its just coming out of the valve get a new shrader valve replacement or just take hat one out and clean it, otherwise just take it into a shop for a service, have you been getting it done at a shop (expensive considering how often SIDs should be serviced) or doing it yourself ?
