sicca syndrome, feel miserable

I was diagnosed with Sicca syndrome( autoimmune disorder that attacks
moisture glands in body) about 2 years ago. My symptoms are very dry
mouth , eyes, and skin. I also experience tinnitus and numbness. The
only medication i have been prescribed is evoxac to help with
moisture. That medication as of late is not working. I feel
absolutely miserable and was curious if there are any alternative
treatments for this disorder. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

other diseases including lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic
fatigue syndrome, and multiple sclerosis. Furthermore, dryness can occur
for other reasons, such as a side effect of medication like
anti-depressants or high blood pressure medication.

You probably should be followed/seen by a rheumatologist.
