    Shrimp Stroganoff

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method --------
    ------------ -------------------------------- 1 medium
    onion -- minced 1 clove garlic -- minced
    1/4 cup green pepper -- minced 1 cup mushrooms --
    thinly sliced 2 tablespoons minced parsley
    2/4 cup melted butter
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup beef bouillon 1
    teaspoon salt
    4/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 6 drops hot sauce 2
    cups medium shrimp -- peeled and deveined
    5/4 cup sour cream Hot cooked noodles

    Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms and parsley in
    butter until tender; blend in flour, and cook 1 minute.
    Gradually add bouillon; cook over medium heat, stirring
    constantly, until thickened. stir in salt, pepper, and hot
    sauce, mixing well. Add shrimp and simmer 10 minutes,
    stirring occasionaly. Stir in sour cream; cook over low
    heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Serve
    over hot cooked noodles.
