  1. Shrimp Open Face Tacos

    6 Mission Fajita size Flour Tortillas ( or your choice )
    1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup green onions, chopped
    2 medium avocados
    1 pkg. Lawry's Guacamole Spices & Seasonings
    Directions

    Preheat grill or broiler. Place shrimp on skewers. Combine chili powder
    and salt; sprinkle both sides of shrimp with the chili powder mixture.
    Marinate shrimp in a shallow baking dish in the refrigerator for 15
    minutes. In a separate bowl, mash avocados, and add Seasonings, set aside
    in refrigerator. To grill tortillas, place in a single layer on grill over
    medium coals until crisp. To broil tortillas, spray both sides lightly
    with cooking spray. Place tortillas on an ungreased baking pan and bake in
    a pre-heated 100 degrees F oven for 10 minutes or until crisp. Place
    shrimp kabobs on a grill coated with cooking spray, or in broiler; cook 2
    minutes on each side. Top each tortilla with guacamole and 5 shrimp.
    Sprinkle with green onions
