If I'm doing incline bench presses (inclined by only a few degrees) do I need to do shoulder presses or are my shoulders getting enough work already?
I'm working out mainly for strength and am doing the following full-body routine (I do squats and DLs the same day but rotate them everyother day):
Squat Deadlift Incline Bench (I may add dips soon) Shoulder Press DB Row Cable Lat. Pulldown (doing this until I can do chins)
I think it might be the other way - the shoulder press is more well-rounded exercise of the two; you could drop the bench press and just work the shoulder press as far as shoulder strength is concerned, but you should do something other than just bench.
