I want to replace my in-the-wall electric oven, which overshoots badly and
is terrible for baking. What's available on the market today? I'd like
something with good, even temperature control, digital, and a good timer.
It's probably not available, but some kind of remote monitoring interface
would be cool.

me even more choices of where to shop & buy.
