I know Carnac makes a "Piste" model for track racing that
I've seen used with toe clips, though I don't know what type
of cleat is used. I'd search eBay to find a pair - just
looked & found a pair of Adidas Eddy Merckx, as well as a
couple of pairs of Lake and Detto "Saronnis". Pat

Yes, in Lucca, 'Colombini' still does. All leather, custom
made at no exorbitant cost.

Lake makes some touring shoes that do this job.

If you go to a _real_ bike shop and have/like Sidi's, they
ought to be able to order you a set of slotted cleats for
those shoes.
