I know Carnac makes a "Piste" model for track racing that I've seen used
with toe clips, though I don't know what type of cleat is used.
I'd search eBay to find a pair - just looked & found a pair of Adidas Eddy
Merckx, as well as a couple of pairs of Lake and Detto "Saronnis".

Lake makes some touring shoes that do this job.

If you go to a _real_ bike shop and have/like Sidi's, they ought to be
able to order you a set of slotted cleats for those shoes.
