on clearance. It's working brilliantly for me anyway.

The Air Zoom Elite is supposed to be in the same family. I've not
tried it, but seemed to me that shoe almost immediately garnered a much
larger and more enthusiastic following than the Span Triax enjoyed. I
think that shoe was recently updated - my hearsay says the changes are
just cosmetic - so the timing might even be right to find a pair of
last year's closed out cheap.
