I'm recently moved from Toronto to Tokyo and would like to ship my
bike. Can anyone recommend a shipping/moving company that can pick up
my bike, pack it and ship it?

Get a bike shop to pack it, most packing companies aren't familiar with
bikes to do it well enough. Problem is that shipping is going to be
cost prohibitive. Best cost option would be to wait for somebody in
Toronto to fly to visit, and bring the bike as a piece of luggage. -

concluded that buying a cheap bike might be preferable to renting in some
areas. At any rate, I'd look at buying a new one just to see if it's
cheaper than shipping the old one.Bill
