    Are there any instructions or tips available for adjusting
    the spoke tension of Shimano R540 and Dura-Ace wheels? (I
    have built a pair of conventionally spoked wheels.)

    Where can I get a suitable 4.5mm spanner/wrench in the
    UK? (It looks like I will need one for the drive side of
    the rear hub)
