How can I tell which shimano derailleur I have?
The bike is supposed to come with the Ultegra model but I don't see that
name anywhere on the derailleur. Is there supposed to be a sticker or
something that may have come off or does shimano engrave the model name?

Is it 9 or 10-speed? Stock derailleur on a double or triple? With that info
people can tell you which derailleur you most likely have, although you
could also just go to www.Shimano.com and match it up with the pictures.
There will probably also be a number on the backside of the cage, such as
6400, 6401, 6500, 6503, 6600 etc.
