Rod: I called Shimano a couple weeks ago and they were out; we're going to try again tomorrow and
see if they're back in. If they are, any local dealer can snag 'em for you.

Unless there's something special that I'm not aware of (and I had Wellgo SPD-SL clones), a hardware
store or Home Depot ought to be fine. I bought some bolts at Home Depot for some SPDs when I needed
them, and have had no problems.

Shimano now has the screws in stock. They run just over $4 for the set of 6 (Shimano doesn't
lose money on many things!) and are 13.5mm in length. We'll have our supply by the end of the
week; your local shop should be able to get them as quickly (they still have to meet the minimum
order requirements, but if they add a couple of chainrings they probably need, they'll be there
in no time).
